NCARB Model Rules of Conduct for architects
NCARB, in collaboration with licensing boards, facilitates the licensure and credentialing of architects to protect the health, safety, and welfare of the public.
(…) Architects may be compelled to insist on positions that are not in their clients’ interest in order to protect the health, safety, and welfare of the public.
(…) An architect shall not engage in conduct involving fraud or deliberate disregard of the rights of others.”
