Position Profile: VIP Trip and YouTube Channel Manager

Overview:

As the SAB Center’s VIP Trip and YouTube Channel Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating impactful experiences for our key stakeholders and shaping our online presence. This multifaceted role requires an individual with exceptional communication skills, a flair for public speaking, and the ability to orchestrate seamless VIP trips.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. VIP Trip Management:
    • Plan and execute VIP trips from conceptualization to completion.
    • Liaise with professionals, scientists, and influencers for exclusive meetings.
    • Coordinate logistics, including transportation, accommodations, and meals.
    • Manage reservations, seat bookings, and provide excellent customer service to VIP members.
    • Ensure all aspects of the trip adhere to a tight schedule.
  2. YouTube Channel Management:
    • Develop and implement a content strategy for the SAB Center’s YouTube channel.
    • Create engaging, informative, and visually appealing videos.
    • Conduct on-screen presentations with charisma, delivering information to a diverse audience.
    • Collaborate with professionals, scientists, and influencers for featured content.
    • Monitor and respond to audience engagement on the channel.
  3. Communication and Networking:
    • Establish and maintain relationships with high-profile individuals, including rock stars and industrial leaders.
    • Represent the SAB Center professionally at events, conferences, and meetings.
    • Act as a spokesperson for the organization, embodying its mission and values.
  4. Team Management:
    • Lead a team of volunteers involved in the organization of VIP trips.
    • Delegate tasks, ensuring each team member understands their responsibilities.
    • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
  5. Professionalism and Discretion:
    • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and discretion.
    • Handle confidential information with care, particularly concerning VIP members.
    • Demonstrate patience, kindness, and a customer-centric approach.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing VIP events or high-profile trips.
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
