1980 Census of Housing
The 1980 Census of Housing, Volume I, was published by the U.S. Department of Commerce in 1983. This document shows the demographics between 1940 and 1980, before most modern studies. This document was particularly interesting to us because it shows with the demographics how starting in the 70s, the “Median Value of Owner-Occupied Housing” has drastically increased following a speculative curve that we can relate to racial origins.
